Antti Sipinen

Yoga teacher SJL, Finnish Yoga Association teacher VT, MBA

Antti has taught yoga for over 20 years. He focuses especially on senior and male groups in Helsinki and Espoo region in Finland.

His background is in management and development for several corporates. During his work with Älypää Oy, Antti developed a series of quizzes, sudokus, visuals puzzles and other brain activating excercises, which underpin the basic idea of memomatyoga: the preventative stimulation and activity to maintain and improve brain wellness.
