A comprehensive yoga training includes asana (physical posture), pranayama (breathing) exercises and relaxation & meditation exercises. Additonally, the exercises are accompanied by specific brain and memory exercises. These are carried out on a MemoMat® yoga mat, which has been specifically developed for the memomatyoga exercises. The idea for developing the mat was derived from Japanese memory support exercises, which prevent or slow down decline in cognitive function.
